How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to “My Account.” At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a link to complete the process. Please note that any account deletion is irreversible.
How can I change my first/last name?
To change your first or last name, please send us a message through the contact tab with the subject “My Personal Information.” Your request must include a valid reason to ensure the security of your account.
Are your products made of genuine leather?
Yes! Our stationery items are made from cowhide leather. The leather goods are made from goat leather.
Do you use natural stones?
Yes! The stones adorning our products are natural.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! All our products are handcrafted.
What type of paper is in your notebooks?
Our notebooks contain two hundred pages of drawing paper. It’s suitable for all techniques, but you should be cautious with watercolor and avoid soaking the page too much.
Is it possible to buy directly?
Yes! We participate in many markets and medieval fairs. We can’t provide a definitive schedule, but we are present in France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, and more.
I have a problem with my order; what can I do?
If your issue is related to delivery (delay, damaged package, etc.), we recommend contacting the delivery agency directly. If you have a problem with your order (wrong item, defective item, etc.), please reach out to us through the contact section, specifying “Customer Service” as the subject.
How can I find out my delivery date?
To find out when you will receive your order, visit the carrier’s page, which should have provided you with a tracking number.
How can I reschedule my delivery date?
To reschedule your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Once the package has been shipped, we can no longer intervene in the delivery.
What is the delivery time?
Once your order is received, we commit to shipping it within three business days. You will receive an email from the carrier as soon as your package is picked up. After that, the delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method.
Who are your products intended for?
Our products are intended for everyone. However, we recommend exercising caution with young children, as some leather goods contain small pieces that could be a choking hazard.
Can I change the pages once a grimoire is filled?
Our grimoires are bound and are not designed for changing the pages. If you want to change the content regularly, we recommend purchasing a book cover, which allows you to easily replace the content.
However, it is possible to cut the binding and sew in new pages. Please note that we do not offer any binding services, and this operation is entirely your responsibility.
Are your bags waterproof?
Yes! Our bags are already treated for moisture resistance.
How should I care for my bag?
Your bag requires minimal maintenance. You just need to occasionally wipe it (every few months) with a cloth or paper towel soaked in oil to keep the leather supple and maintain its waterproofing. Preferably, choose an oil with a neutral scent. Do not apply wax to the bag.
Do you accept custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer such services. We recommend reaching out to other artisans who work with leather and can likely accommodate your request!
